It has been some time since I posted to this blog, but I intend on getting it up and running again on a regular basis very soon.In June 2009, I was fortunate enough to have the above photo selected as one of six winners in Rotary International's annual photo contest. The photo was taken on January 3, 2009 - the first day of school for students at Sacred Heart Secondary School.
I was very pleased to be selected and also learned that in August 2009, another one of my photos would be published, this time of villagers walking home after gathering water at one of the village wells.
